In the role of a CEO, Piyush Goel sets the strategic direction, promotes Beyond Key’s values, leads their client-first culture, and focuses on ensuring the company’s sustainable growth.

He founded Beyond Key in 2005 with a vision to develop solutions that would transform global business operations forever. As a successful entrepreneur and experienced technology executive, Piyush understands the key to helping clients is a mix of digital transformation, strategy innovation, and constant learning.

With a vision to explore and capture global markets, he moved to Chicago in 2017 and established Beyond Technologies LLC as the group’s global headquarter.

Piyush is a qualified CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and later completed his Diploma in Information Systems from the same institution. He also holds an Honors Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology. Recently he completed an executive program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. Piyush is a part of the Entrepreneurs Organization in Indore and Chicago. He is an angel investor and has been a mentor for some start-ups.

Piyush can be found on a Tennis court or golf course when he's not working. He is an avid reader who enjoys philosophical thinking and socializing with friends, and family in his leisure time.

As the COO of Beyond Key, Ashish Sankhala oversees the company’s operating performance and global business operations.

In this role, Ashish directs the long-term strategy around Beyond Key’s products, technology-based solutions, consulting services, and pricing. With more than 22 years of experience in consulting, Ashish has been a proven industry expert who drives both technology and industry-focused growth opportunities.

Before joining Beyond Key, Ashish led the technology and consulting department at Muscat-based Saud Bahwan group where he was responsible for taking initiative and implementing new technology in the development of the application for the automobile industry.

Ashish holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a specialization in electronics and instrumentation and PMP certification. When Ashish is not working, one can find him meditating for hours at one of the vipassana meditation centers in or around Indore.

Raj Krishnan is an advisor at Beyond Key who guides management and key associates on creating and executing Beyond Key's advisory strategy, developing and leading our global advisory offerings and capabilities. Raj currently works with Microsoft as a Digital Transformation Advisor.

He brings over 25+ years of experience as a renowned technology enthusiast with deep expertise in AI, Modern Data Warehouse, DevOps and Cloud design, and implementation services. He is a regular speaker at Technology conferences both at Microsoft and other renowned platforms. He is a certified Microsoft Trainer and a hackathon Coach.

Raj also led architecture design sessions and proof of concepts for a variety of solutions like collaboration tools, web/mobile application development, DevOps, data & analytics, Office 365, and .NET development.

He is also an Adjunct Professor at two Universities in Chicago where he teaches Application Development, Data Warehousing, and Analytics. He believes in Einstein's philosophy – “Once you stop learning, you start dying”.

Rahul Panwar is the Assistant Vice President, Global Delivery at Beyond Key. In this role, Rahul oversees a team of professionals who develop digital solutions that address the pressing problems of organizations in multiple sectors across the globe. Rahul joined Beyond Key in 2006.

He is a well-rounded expert in software architecture, project management, and client management, with over 18 years of experience. As a Microsoft-certified professional, he always ensures smoother and timely deliveries across the board with the highest client satisfaction and repeat business. Rahul has a strong analytics background and his insights have helped enterprises transform how they operate.

Before working at Beyond Key, Rahul worked at eBot Technosoft Ltd as a certified Software Engineer. Rahul has completed his Master's in Computer Applications from IATS.

Rahul is an organized and pragmatic individual who enjoys being in touch with his roots. When not working on his computer, you can find him practicing Yog and farming.

In his role as an Assistant Vice President, Global Delivery, Anupam leads various key client accounts, projects, and the delivery mechanism at Beyond Key. He works closely with teams to enhance the project delivery organization while developing a robust methodology to enhance the business reputation of the brand.

Anupam comes with over 15 years of rich experience in the domains of Delivery Management, Pre-sales operations, Product Management, and Business Consulting, cutting across BFSI, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, & Healthcare industries. He is also responsible for Quality Assurance, Mobility, and Business Intelligence practices and programs at Beyond Key.

Previously, Anupam worked at SynSoft Global as a Senior Software Engineer. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application from Technocrats Institute of Technology & Science, Bhopal.

Anupam is a friendly and party lover who also ensures to hit the gym every morning to keep himself fit.

In the role of Associate Director, Atul owns the responsibility of architecting innovative and creative solutions for our global clients. He leads a team of software professionals who ensures that projects are successfully delivered with the highest quality and customer satisfaction through project coordination, risk assessment, and communication as well as solution analysis and documentation.

Before Joining Beyond Key, Atul worked with Cyberoid systems in the capacity of Project Manager. Atul comes over with a rich experience of 15+ years in various industry verticals like logistics and transportation, healthcare, insurance, education, and many others.

During his free time, Atul loves to play and watch cricket.

Rohit Trivedi is the Associate- Director at Beyond Key. In this role, he handles the global project deliveries and project management focusing on M356 services. He believes in following consulting approach, building working relationships between team and clients, and leading a ‘Happy Client First’ drive. Rohit works closely with the Practice Manager to streamline overall practice processes and delivery, mentoring and supporting the team towards innovation and an agile mindset.

Prior to Beyond Key, he worked for Worldpay, FIS as the Technical Project Manager, and SAFe practitioner Scrum Master.

He ensured getting team and development practices set up as part of merging and acquisition of teams.

Rohit believes that learning and culture promotion from different Lean and Agile mindsets and Management and Leadership training always help in a professional and personal journey.

When not in the office, one can find Rohit indulged in art and creative activities. He loves to play tall instruments (beginner level) and enjoys Indian classical music.

In the role of Associate- Director at Beyond Key, Vinay helps to facilitate the timely production of software and other solutions and Beyond Key products through the effective management of team members and work schedules. Vinay maintains a balance of client-facing delivery work and internal business operational management.

Before working with Beyond Key he was employed at Armour Software Technologies P. Ltd. (India) as Software Engineer.

Vinay holds a command as a program-level technical lead and mentors the team timely with his guidance on feasibility analysis, deployment approaches, specifics of machine learning automation, Agile implementation leadership, coordination of development, and production support services.

In his leisure time, Vinay likes to travel to various social and adventurous places and hang out with his family.

Ambrish is the Head of Human Resources at Beyond Key and is responsible for people management practices including talent management and acquisition, leadership development, and creating a high-performance culture in the office.

Prior to this role, Ambrish was the HR head at Anibrain Digital Technologies, Pune where he was responsible for contributing to the productivity, culture, and initiatives with a focus on overall organizational development, change management, business excellence, and transformation.

Ambrish holds a certificate in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak and conferred with HR Leadership Award at Asia Pacific HRM Congress’14

When not at work, Ambrish loves to listen to Indian classical music and gardening. He also wishes to plant a mini forest of his own in near future.

Anuj leads Global Business Development initiatives at Beyond Key. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, Anuj spearheads the company's growth initiatives, ensuring that Beyond Key continues to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of technology and business.

Anuj brings in a total of 13 years of experience spanning IT products, Solutions, and services space.

In his current role at Beyond Key, he envisages himself as a catalyst for change, inspiring the business development team to reach new heights and achieve unparalleled success. Anuj's mantra for achieving business growth has always been - 'Keep your clients at the center of everything'.

Apart from work, Anuj loves to play table tennis and has also played the sport professionally at the State level. He also enjoys cooking and playing chess at leisure.

Abilash Balan has been Beyond Key's Marketing and Communications Manager since 2022. Abilash leads the company's global marketing programs to advance Beyond Key's focus on helping companies reimagine their business for the digital age.

In his role, Abilash plans to build scale by working on the intersection of brand communication, digital transformation, and technology. Abilash is responsible for Beyond Key's marketing communications, brand development, positioning, solution marketing, corporate marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer marketing.

Abilash brings immense IT marketing expertise from working across several B2B companies in the IT sector. His rich IT experience includes working on multiple technologies such as Salesforce, RPA, Product Engineering, and more In his free time, Abilash loves designing and has a passion for art, music, and dance. He is a vivid traveler and enjoys exploring exotic cities and places frequently and cooking and eating with friends and family.

With over 16 years of extensive experience, Vijay is leading the role of Solution Architect at Beyond Key, where he leverages his technical and subject matter expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform, GenAI, and custom solutions.

Vijay completed his engineering degree in CS and initiated his career as a tutor, teaching multiple programming languages such as C++, Data Structure, and C#.Net. This foundation prepared the ground for his transition to the IT industry, where he initially worked as a Software Developer.

Vijay joined Beyond Key in 2008; since then, he has progressively taken on multiple roles and mastered numerous technologies.

His programming proficiency includes C#.Net, JQuery, TypeScript, and Node.js. He is adept with platforms and technologies such as SharePoint, Azure Apps and Functions, GenAI, PWA, and Web APIs. Moreover, he is well-versed in protocols and standards like OAuth 2.0, Open ID, and SAML, and has experience with databases and indexers such as MS SQL Server, Vector DB, Elastic Search, and SOLR.

Besides his professional realm, Vijay enjoys cricket, dance, and reading.

Meet Abhishek Kushwah, Beyond Key's Delivery Manager. With over 19 years in the software development, he brings to the board a deep expertise and unparalleled technology insight from the world-leading organizations.

Abhishek Kushwah is responsible for spearheading the Modern BI and Snowflake practices along with the technical aspects of sales calls in pre-sales. He emphasizes prioritizing optimal utilization and efficiency, investing in proactive approach for effective management control.

In his previous roles, Abhishek handled project management, technical team support, execution of Agile, and RND.

Abhishek holds a master’s degree in computer applications and is deeply involved with the Data services, Process Automation, Process Execution, Project Management, Agile Methodologies practices.

Additionally, he is also a fitness enthusiast fueled by a passion for Cricket and Table Tennis.
