Annual Celebration Event - Heartbeats 2023, Felicitates its Long-term Employees and Sets Forth the Strategic Direction
Indore, India, 31ST December 2023 – : Beyond Key hosted a bash on its foundation anniversary
Beyond Key, the leading global IT consulting and software services company, recently hosted a bash to commemorate its annual achievements and foundation anniversary, Heartbeats 2023. The celebration unfolded in the heart of Indore, bringing together teams & their heads from every corner of the globe for an indelible fete.
With a well-premeditated Carnival theme, this colorful fiesta brought a dash of liveliness with unparalleled energy, cheers, and hoots from team members of diverse backgrounds.
The evening kicked off with a bang, featuring team-building activities hosted by the anchor, Varun, who used his wit and humor to set the tone of the event, keeping the momentum going till the end of the evening.
Throughout the event, the attendees had the opportunity to visit various carnival stalls, providing an immersive and joyful experience not only for team members but also for their families and children. With more than 15 stalls, team members engaged in VFX games. Rides, tattoo creations, and plenty of other activities raring to go.
The event was orchestrated over multiple sessions, including internal team singing and dancing performances, team-building activities, and valuable insights shared by Beyond Key's leadership team, primarily Piyush Goel (CEO, Beyond Key) and Ashish Sankhala (COO, Beyond Key).
Beyond Key CEO Piyush Goel took the center stage to address and welcome the audience. Laying the cornerstone of his speech, Piyush commenced by re-emphasizing the core values that had been a crucial element of Beyond Key's success.
In his CEO Keynote, Piyush reflected the substantial team growth throughout the year. "We have constantly extended our footprint on talent in India and even globally, achieving an impressive 55% team growth in the past 2 years, with our team members now hailing from more than 15 different states of India, while our global presence of team extends to the United States, Canada, and Japan."
Piyush said, "We've forged strategic technology partnerships to bring in best-of-breed technology foundations for our clients."
